Terms of Use
Last revised: October 22, 2026
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of licensurerx.com and any related pages, forms, and communications (the “Site”) operated by LicensureRx LLC (“LicensureRx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Services and Client Agreements
LicensureRx provides managed state licensing and regulatory compliance services to pharmaceutical manufacturers, distributors, outsourcing facilities, and related organizations. The Site describes those services for general information only.
All client engagements are governed by a separately executed Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work (together, a “Client Agreement”). The Client Agreement sets out scope, fees, payment terms, term, and termination. If these Terms conflict with a Client Agreement, the Client Agreement controls. Nothing on the Site, and no proposal, quote, or assessment, creates a binding obligation until a Client Agreement is signed by both parties.
Requests and Inquiries
When you submit a request through the Site, including a Request an Assessment or intake form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to share it on behalf of your organization. Submitting a request does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to enter into an engagement.
No Legal Advice
LicensureRx is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Content on the Site, including articles, state updates, and other Insights, is provided for general informational purposes. State licensing requirements change frequently and vary by jurisdiction, business model, and facts. You should not rely on Site content as a substitute for advice from qualified legal counsel.
No Guarantee of Regulatory Outcomes
Licensing decisions rest solely with state boards and other regulatory authorities. LicensureRx does not guarantee that any license, permit, or registration will be issued, renewed, or approved, or that it will be issued within any particular timeframe.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, the LicensureRx name and mark, and the selection and arrangement of materials, are owned by LicensureRx or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share Site content for your internal, non-commercial reference, provided you keep all proprietary notices intact and credit LicensureRx. You may not copy, republish, modify, or distribute Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
